Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure! We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. Your financial details are stored on a secure server with PayPal. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.

We aim to process and despatch all orders within 3 – 5 business days from receipt of your order.

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, First Class postage.

Please allow 7 – 10 days for delivery of goods ordered.

During busy periods, deliveries can take longer.

Please allow longer for deliveries outside of the U.K

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us (either by post, email or via the returns form below) within 14 days of your receipt of the goods, you can return the goods (at your own cost, to the address below) and we will give a full refund of the product cost. All products to be returned must be unused, undamaged and carefully repackaged by the customer.

To return goods, please advise your name, order number, address, goods to be returned and your reason for return via post, email or using the form below.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the goods back to us or within 14 days from the day we receive proof from the customer that they have sent the goods back.

We will exchange or refund items if they are faulty or incorrect on delivery to you and we are notified (either by post, email or via the returns form below) within 14 days of the customers receipt of the product. Any postage costs for returns or exchanges of faulty or incorrect goods will be covered by Daniel Galvin Junior Int Ltd.

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.


If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
